Update regarding COVID-19
Dear clients,
We would like to keep you informed of the situation and our response plan to COVID-19. Following recent developments imposed by the government which requires the closure of all non-essential services from midnight Wednesday, rest assured that Team Microfix will continue to offer you your services. All our employees will be available to assist you. We will be open at our regular hours, our dispatch service will be available to answer your service calls via remote work. You can contact the usual number to reach us, all our employees will be happy to assist you with your requests. Administrative services and your account managers will also be available to answer your questions.
* Our offices will be physically closed until April 13, 2020 as requested by the government.

Travel of technicians and system administrators
At the moment, we will not be sending our technicians onsite for work that can be done remotely. We want to limit travel and help reduce the spread of the virus to protect our employees and their families. If a trip is necessary, we will assess the situation on a case by case basis. Only management will be able to make the decision whether a technician should be deployed. We are in constant communication with all employees between 7h and 21h.
Our technical support center
We will remain open to take your calls at regular hours; you will be able to make your requests as usual via email or phone. We will respect the same service deadlines. All managed services, backups, hosting and remote monitoring will remain in operation and will be monitored as usual. We will continue to help you set up your remote work services for your employees who need it.
Your current projects
All current projects will continue to advance, unless physical intervention is required. Follow-up meetings will be done by videoconference rather than in person at this time. We will ensure that everything is done in a transparent and efficient manner. We will make sure that you are informed of the progress of your projects as usual. Do not hesitate to contact your account manager.
Payment management
To make it easier to manage your invoice payments, you will need to make your payments by credit card, bank transfer or pre-authorized debit. Payment terms will be the same based on the terms of your contract. Note that we will continue our work for receivables.
