I just wanted to tell you that in 18 years at L’Ancre des Jeunes I have never had such a peaceful year in regard to computers in general.
Your technical team is remarkable. It brings me back to my meeting with the President, Mr. Mathieu Jacques (last year), that included part of their technical team and while I did not know what to expect at the time, I know now that it is really with Team Microfix that we wish to continue our adventure for the year 2020.
Thank you a thousand times for this unexpected gift of free support for the year 2019.
In the past, we had to deal with daily computer problems, but today, we can concentrate on managing the requirements of our educational team, without the hustle of IT support and that makes an immense difference for us.
